30 By 40 Steel Building – Our basic 30×40 build pack can easily be converted into a custom build system when customized with the desired components. The basic building kit includes primary and secondary framing and sheet metal and is designed with your location in mind. Our components department will help you plan any additional features such as windows, doors, insulation and exterior colors.
Sectional doors open manually or with a motor along a rail parallel to the ceiling. Roll the door streamer into a cylinder over the opening.
