Floor Plan Tips For Finding The Best House
To help us respond to your questions promptly, please copy and paste the following information into the fields below.
Main Floor Plan: Shows location and dimensions of walls, doors and windows. This includes placement of appliances, plumbing fixtures, beams, ceiling height, etc.
Second floor plan (if any): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Second floor framing and detailing included.
Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete foundations, floor beams, first floor framing and foundation details. If there is a basement, a basement plan showing all details is included.
Services — Pico Measurement & Drafting
Sections and Details: Shows a cross-section of a house. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation and foundations. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairs, decks, etc. are drawn at 1/2″ = 1′ scale and appear as needed throughout the print.
• Each designer and architect plans are created with their own unique style and materials. Please be sure to read the “What’s Included in the Plan Set” tab, and if you don’t see what you’re looking for, be sure to call us.
• The design is not engineered. Check with the building department to determine if an engineer review is required. If you are unable to find a local professional we can help facilitate engineering for your plan that can assist you.
• Your building department may require that you include a site plan of your lot with your submission for a building permit. Local design

• Please read and understand your license agreement. This will clearly define what you can and cannot do with your construction documents.
• Electronic formats of package sales (PDF and CAD files) are final. Printed construction documents may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with an exchange fee.
• You can build the framework once without purchasing an additional build license (one-time additional or multi-build additional). Ownership of construction documents cannot be transferred or sold.
