1. Learning & Development Lead

Job Description:

  • Develop Competency Dictionary that aligns with organization needs;
  • Identifying and assessing training needs through competency gap;
  • Ensure both Learning Program & Learning Course align with organization needs;
  • Ensure the development of Curriculum for related roles;
  • Organizing and executing the training program activities within the Company;
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (i.e. coaching, job-shadowing, online training);

  • Evaluating and improving training programs, materials and methodology continuously.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited university in psychology, computer science, human resource or related field;

  • Implementation, and Training Evaluation;

2. General Affairs Lead

Job Description:

  • Control and evaluate routine tasks and projects of General Affairs;
  • Analyze and report CAPEX investment related to General Affairs;
  • Plan, control, and report General Affairs activities including OPEX needed;
  • Propose, analyze and control land, building, asset, and regulation;
  • Control and improve audit result of Security Management and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS);
  • Develop and audit SOP, scheduling, and other activities related to Building & Asset Maintenance;

3. IT Technical Lead

Job Description:

  • Leads a team through the application of deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas.

  • Executing tests on software usability. Record and analyze issues that are found in our product while in test and also after release.
  • Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting it to the Product Manager and also Lead.
  • Work closely with the Test Engineer, provide test cases that have been made to them and communicate well to make the automation test happen.

  • Min. experience 2-3 years as Quality Control in Food Industries
  • Technical skills: understand the principle of product safety and quality, HACCP, FSSC, production process, organoleptic
