Modern Three Bedroom House Plan
Ground floor: shows the placement and dimensions of walls, doors and windows. Includes the location of appliances, plumbing fixtures, beams, ceiling height, etc.

Second floor plan (if available): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes framing and details on the second floor.
Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete footings, floor joists, first floor framing, and foundation details. If there is a basement, a basement plan is included showing all basement details.
Section and details: shows a cross section of the house. Shows support elements, exterior and interior materials, insulation and foundation. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairs, terraces, etc. are drawn to a scale of 1/2″ = 1′ and appear on the prints as required.

Modern 3 Bedrooms Single Storey House Plan
• The designs are not developed. Contact the building department where the structure is being built to find out if an engineer’s review is required. We can help facilitate the engineering of your plan if you cannot find a local professional to assist you.
• Your building department may also require that a site plan of your lot be included with your building permit application. A local design
A professional in your area should be able to help you with this and evaluate your chosen plan to ensure it meets local building requirements for weather and seismic conditions.
• Read and understand your license agreement. This clearly states what you are and are not allowed to do with your construction documents.

Four Bedroom House Plans
By using CAD-compatible software that uses the .dwg or .dxf file formats, you or a local professional can edit the construction documents and incorporate those changes into the overall plan. Once the changes or engineering are incorporated into your design, you can reproduce as many copies of the plan as needed to build the structure.

It is important to spend some time processing the interior design elements. Here are some considerations to keep in mind when evaluating whether this is the right plan for you.
• Do you or your family prefer one or two places to gather, or do you prefer more private areas in your home?

• How do you take care of laundry? Would you prefer the laundry room to be near the kitchen, the garage or near the bedrooms?
