MSNBC contributor Dr. Christina Greer singled out Republicans for not accepting election results while simultaneously arguing that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp “stole” his seat in 2018.

Alternate host Tiffany Cross spoke on The Reid Out Monday with Jarir about the upcoming testimonies the officers will present to the Jan. 6 panel. Although the testimonials are coming tomorrow, Cross asked Greer about the coming of the election with the GOP.

Will they one day accept election results they don’t like? request via.

Then Greer saddened that Donald Trump and, to a lesser extent, the Republican Party had now done so.”[called] in questioning the truth and facts” regarding the elections.

“If Republicans aren’t happy with the results, they just say it’s mistaken. That’s a very Donald Trump claim that Republicans have embraced, and Democrats frankly haven’t been firm enough in passing voting rights and protection legislation not just at the federal level but in state houses across the country to ensure our protection All,” Greer replied.

However, while Greer appeared to single out Republicans as the only party questioning the election, she soon claimed that the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial race was “stolen” from Stacey Abrams.

“This is not just about protecting Democrats to make sure Democrats can stay in office. It’s about protecting all Americans so that they have equal rights at the ballot box,” Greer explained. “We saw this in Georgia in 2018 when Brian Kemp did everything he was doing, and in the Republican primaries, we saw Republicans realizing that it wasn’t sincere. But then it ended in their favour when Brian Kemp stole the election from Stacey Abrams.”

MSNBC has lengthy reported the theory that Kemp stole the Georgia election from Abrams even though Politifact stated that there was no evidence of any voter suppression preventing Stacey Abrams from becoming governor. Notably, MSNBC host Chris Hayes hosted Abrams shortly following the election in 2018 when she claimed the governor’s race was not a “free and sincere election.”

Abrams also continued to feature prominently on MSNBC as a guest despite not compromising on the election. She has also appeared on “The Reid Out” to donate her opinions on voter legislation.
