PS5 reruns could be on the cards for both GameStop and Target this week, but other than that, it looks like we’re in the middle of another console drought.
Below is a breakdown of the latest PS5 restock information.
GameStop PS5 Restock
With a number of merchants restocking over the past several days, GameStop is now the most likely candidate for a PlayStation 5 sale this week. The retailer tends to update its inventory every two weeks and had its last restocked on Thursday, July 15th, so the last should be due any day now.
Recently, GameStop prioritized its “PowerPro Rewards” customers for any console drop, by giving them an exclusive, limited window to submit a pre-sale that’s open to all. If you want to take advantage of this offer in the future, you can sign up for a membership on the GameStop website at a cost of $14.99 per year.

Target PS5 restocking PS
Target is also likely to restock this week, as PS5 units haven’t gone on sale since Friday, July 9.
Except for scheduled restocking, Target usually replenishes its stock on Wednesdays or Thursdays. It’s not always consistent, but advertising tends to happen sometime between 7 AM ET and 8 AM ET.
As such, it may be worth keeping an eye on the retailer’s social media channels over the coming days, particularly in the early hours of the morning.

Best PS5 buy back
On Friday, July 23, Best Buy released new PS5 consoles at the unusual time of 11:37 a.m. ET. Both the disc and digital versions of Sony’s next-generation hardware were available from the outlet, at manufacturer recommended prices of $499 and $399, respectively.
Given how recent that is, console trackers aren’t holding out much hope for another Best Buy drop this week. However, the trader has been particularly unpredictable lately, with highly volatile restocking patterns, so it’s not out of the question.

Walmart PS5 Restock
As we anticipated in our latest update, Walmart released new PS5 consoles on Thursday (July 22) live at 3 PM ET. The console is listed alongside the Xbox Series X, with both consoles priced at $499.
While that stock is now completely exhausted, there are still a few options to get your hands on the PS5 from the Walmart website. However, all of these units are traded by independent console sellers who will charge you a significantly inflated price. For example, you can find the PlayStation 5 listed on the website for a whacky $928 without any accessories or games included.
As such, we recommend that you instead wait for Walmart’s next official restock, which will likely be Thursday again, at around 3 p.m. ET as usual.

Amazon PS5 Restock
Just like we posted our previous update, new PS5 consoles have been added to the Amazon Marketplace. Again, the console disc version was available at the manufacturer’s recommended price, although you can’t add the digital model to your cart on this occasion.
All the items are now sold out and you can no longer buy the PS5 from Amazon, except for a few very expensive units (such as Walmart) that are traded by other speculators.

Newegg PS5 restock
The Newegg Shuffle was launched last week which contains the PS5 and Xbox Series X bundles. This sweepstakes closed on Wednesday, July 21 at 1 PM ET.
Whenever Newegg Next Generation consoles become available, they can only be obtained by entering a random event. For timely updates on when the next draw opens, follow dedicated console tracking tools like @Wario64 and GYXdeals on Twitter.

PS5 Live PS5 Restock
Sony’s official storefront, PS Direct, was selling the PlayStation 5 last Tuesday at 5 p.m. ET. For about half an hour, the next generation of devices has been available for purchase in both digital and digital versions.
Since then, there has been no word on when the next reboot will take place, but when it comes to PS Direct we usually find out a little earlier. This is because the merchant always sends out email invitations (to randomly selected customers) early, giving at least a few days’ notice before the virtual queue opens.
At the time of writing, there are no reports of anyone receiving one of these notifications.

Antonline PS5 Restock
Having dramatically managed to restock twice in one week (Wednesday, July 14 and Friday, July 16), Antonline has no longer had any PS5 units available.
To be alerted the next time the outlet replenishes its inventory, follow the likes of @Wario64 and GYXdeals on Twitter.

Costco PS5 restock
You are currently unable to order any version of the PS5 from Costco. If this situation changes, reputable console trackers like @Wario64 and GYXdeals will be the first to let you know.
