This modern house plan is an exclusive home design that has quickly become a best-selling plan and it’s easy to see why! The welcoming farmhouse exterior features traditional board and clapboard siding, large, beautiful windows, a cozy covered front porch, and a covered back porch. The space provided on the two verandas is wide and deep, allowing you to sit under protective covers alone or with your partner and enjoy the outdoors. A double bonus is provided by the back porch which provides access to the main bedroom and dining room. With a two-car garage set to the right of the side entry garage, these features combine to give this home attractive curb appeal.

The interior measures approximately 2,102 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an optional bonus space above the garage.
