The advertised product must have the same plan as the product being purchased, including package type (5 copies, 8 copies, Multiplier or CAD package), base options, and other details. Advertised prices must be in the currency in which the original product was purchased. A full set of plans are available for this offer, including PDF, 5x, 8x, reproduction or CAD. 1st model equipment, training materials, add-on kits, material lists are not eligible for this offer.

Your home builder can usually help you with this. If your property does not have a sanitary sewer system, a septic design may be necessary. Today, many areas have energy codes that must be followed. This usually involves filling out a simple form proving that your home plans are suitable.
In some areas, you’ll need to take a second step to ensure your house plans meet local regulations. In some areas of North America, engineering requirements are very strict. Examples include earthquake-prone areas of California and the Pacific, and hurricane-prone areas of Florida, the Gulf Coast, and the Carolinas. New York, New Jersey, Nevada and parts of Illinois require a local expert review. If you are building in these areas, you will need to hire a state-licensed civil engineer to analyze the project and provide additional drawings and calculations required by the building department. If you’re not convinced, building departments usually have a page that lists what they need to submit and get a building permit.
Also, stock plans are not professionally sealed. If your building department requires it, they will only accept the seal of a licensed professional in the state where you want to build. In this case, you will need to submit the house plans to a local engineer or architect for review and approval. Additionally, plans used to build a home in Nevada must be prepared by a licensed Nevada architect. Floor Plans: Plans of rooms, doors, windows, stairs, etc. for each floor. shows the location and dimensions of the walls.
Electrical plans: shows the location of sockets, appliances and switches. Floor plans are displayed as a separate page for clarity.
