Three Storey Modern House Design

Three Storey Modern House Design – A modern three-storey house in Brighton East, Australia makes the most of its small lot. To the client’s brief, Finnis Architects designed a three-bedroom home with a focus on living and entertaining. Although the area of the site is small, they have managed to create an outdoor space that the owners appreciate, and to create a natural process between the interior and the exterior. The house has three floors, one excavated and the other above ground. The ground floor has parking and a work area, while the upper floor is for day and night areas. The day area is located on the ground floor, so it can be combined with the outdoor space on the same level. This smooth transition is made possible by the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open, thus eliminating all barriers between the interior and the exterior. Different facades are treated according to the level of privacy required. On the ground floor, the concrete wall is replaced with a glass transition, while the second floor is kept opaque with opaque glass and wood and aluminum cladding.

The outdoor space is very important in its design and has other features. One of them is a small grass, carefully made. The social area is a wooden bench with a dining table and chairs, located next to a mushroom-shaped gas plant. The third area is the swimming pool, a 12 meter long pool that runs along the back wall of the garden.

Downstairs, a large stone kitchen sink dominates the entire floor. The interior is decorated with timeless design pieces such as Le Corbusier sofas and Arco floor lamps.

Features To Look For In Contemporary House Plan

The horizontal motif of the wooden stairs is repeated by the black and white stripes on the wall of the stairs leading up from the garage level. We can see one of the patterns on the inner wall, but in a more comfortable mix of black, gray and gold, A NEW LIGHT AND DENSE LIFE. This tiny house is a study in expansion – a compact house plan that doesn’t compromise on satisfaction. Typically, long, narrow buildings are dark in the middle. This can be especially true on floors where bedrooms are pushed to the outer edges; often, small and unattractive rooms are created. Not so, in our modern plan No. 12. In this house, natural light is complemented by the addition of a garden that illuminates the room. And if that wasn’t enough, there is also a patio on the roof.

Open and flexible, this modern house design supports a free-flowing urban lifestyle. With a small, highly modular floor plan, anywhere from two to seven bedrooms can be accommodated. Space can be used for many purposes and can change like lives. What’s more, this house design can be converted into a duplex if two back-to-back plans are provided. On the other hand, a two-story home would be great if you’re looking for a “special” living space.

Modern 3 Bedrooms Single Storey House Plan

A common challenge with narrow house plans is lighting only the front and back rooms, leaving the interior spaces in darkness. Incorporating an entry into this compact floor plan turns this concept on its head, allowing for many lifestyle benefits not available in a cramped home.

With this new light, your living room or dining room can be moved to the center of the house – still with plenty of daylight, but now with an intimate and private atmosphere that opens onto the garden. This allows for a good door that works properly. Instead of welcoming guests directly into the living room or dining room, you can now take advantage of the space and partition to greet and manage where your guests enter the home, and double the available closet space.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are well proportioned, with the right balance of connectivity, privacy and movement. Open your floor-to-ceiling doors to open these rooms to the patio or garden.

The kitchen layout extends into the dining room, which has unusual storage for this type of compact floor plan. With room for a large family-style table, this design offers ample space for entertaining. You’ll have plenty of space to work without too many people bumping into each other, and everyday tasks like setting the table will be easy, and everything will arrive.

The upper floors also take advantage of the space offered by the park. Only the front and rear rooms will not have windows. Now, nearly every room has floor-to-ceiling windows that let in sunlight and allow for views. Also, you can now have a bedroom in the middle of the floor plan (where there is a narrow floor plan, you can’t). The result is a modern design that doesn’t feel the need to pack everything in, but has a bright and airy space where you still have everything on your wish list, such as well-appointed bathrooms, a home office. , a gym or a private roof terrace.

The third floor also maximizes the value of the interior garden. There is an open level that allows for free flexible floor plans. Whether it’s a home office, exercise room, art room, bedroom or family room, flexible and organized fixtures.

This is our most flexible floor plan, with many living options to suit the needs of each family. All select bedrooms are on the second floor, leaving the third floor for a home office, gym or studio. Alternatively, you can move the bedroom to the third floor so that the common areas are closer to the ground floor. We offer custom conversions to make it your dream home.

Our plans come with all the information needed to make your dream home a reality: kitchen and full caboodle.
