(NASDAQ:TSBK) (“Timberland” or “the Company”), the holding company of Timberland Bank (“the Bank”) today announced that Parul Bhandari has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company and the Bank. Bhandari has been appointed to serve on the boards in place of Larry Goldberg who today announced his retirement from Timberland boards following reaching the required retirement age in Timberland.
