Fashion Week 2023 (the best edition in New York) brings editors, influencers and lovers to the most extravagant fashion shows of the season.

Heavyweight tickets aren’t available to the general public, but here’s a fact you might not know: there are designer shows and events you can actually go to. In addition, some shows will be broadcast live this year. Although it’s not a front row seat next to Anna Wintour, get your beauty fix at New York’s best hair salons and shop the latest hairstyles at the New York Sample Sale. Plan your best outfit for the week—you never know who’s going to take your picture!

Like last year, New York Fashion Week will be held in person in 2023. The Spring Studios at 50 Varick Street will serve as the main headquarters, but designers plan to host fashion shows throughout the city.

But if you can’t make it in person, don’t worry: Some shows will be streamed live on NYFW.com. The Council of Fashion Designers of America, the organization behind New York Fashion Week, will also broadcast the events on its Runway 360 channel.

In addition, you can also expect fashion houses to present their shows live through their social media accounts throughout the week.

NYFW includes two types of shows: industry shows and public shows. Unless you are a customer or work in a print shop, it is unlikely that you will be able to make a heavy bench. However, information on public exhibitions can be found here.
